Frequently asked questions
- 01You can arrive at the property at any time. Staff are present every day from 9.30am to 2pm. If you arrive at a different time, we will organise a simple self check-in so that you are not restricted by opening hours.
- 02If you arrive at the property after 2pm, please contact us a few days in advance to let us know your arrival time and send us the documents of all guests, both to speed up the registration process and for security reasons. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with all the instructions and codes you need to arrive at any time.
- 03Check-out must take place by 11 a.m.
- 04Unfortunately not, even for a fee. Our property has four rooms and it is essential that you respect the check-out time to allow us to clean and prepare the room for the next guest.
- 05Absolutely. Whether you check in early and your room is not ready, or you check out and need to spend a few more hours sightseeing without carrying your luggage around, we offer our reception area free of charge so you can leave your suitcases and backpacks and visit Rome at your leisure.
- 06The city tax for our type of accommodation, located in the historic centre, is €6 per person per night. Children under 10, disabled persons, carers of disabled persons, and residents of the municipality of Rome are exempt. The city tax is always excluded from the booking rates and is only paid at check-in. Theoretically, as it is a tax that does not generate income for the establishments, with the entire amount going to the municipality of Rome, we should charge the tax in cash. However, we want to accommodate our customers, so we cover the transaction costs, and if you wish to pay by card, we are happy to offer you this option.
- 07Each room has a breakfast corner with a coffee machine, kettle, coffee capsules, coffee cream, various teas and herbal teas, welcome chocolates and biscuits, cups, saucers, glasses and a mini-bar with a bottle of water for each guest. In the bathroom, you will find hand soap, body cream, shower gel, shampoo, shower caps, slippers and a dental kit, as well as a set of towels for each guest.
- 08We provide a daily cleaning service for the entire room, replenishing everything in the breakfast corner, including bottles of water.
